Over the last week or so I've become sharply more attuned to the fact that the euro area -- though its financial system has been stabilized -- continues to plunge deeper and deeper into recession. And this is also a problem that monetary policy can eminently solve. I'm working on a series of posts for Bloomberg.
To that end, I'm posting some graphs up as a public resource -- and something to which I'll refer in these posts. (Much of the data I want is publicly available but not conveniently graphed. I've also done some work on the data set to find the median and quartiles.)
